We also specialise in professionally re-mounting and refurbishing existing tanks, fitting them onto new or reused chassis. Remounts & Refurbishments

We have completed refurbishment projects for one-man businesses and for some of the biggest names in the waste management industry. We can professionally remount your existing tank onto a new chassis to the latest legal requirements and take care of the Type approval or we can remount your tank onto a re-used chassis. We can build a replacement tank to go onto your existing chassis reusing the original equipment. These projects can be achieved on a budget, give us a call to discuss what we can do for you.

Service, Repairs & Parts

Our team of experienced and knowledgeable vacuum tanker engineers can diagnose and repair every kind of fault or breakdown on any make of vacuum or jetting tanker. Repairs are carried out in house with minimum downtime. We have the skills to repair your tank and all of its ancillary equipment. Preventative maintenance and safety checks are routinely carried out.

Inspection Body

R One is an independent inspection body and can certify your tanker in accordance with the Department for Transport and Vehicle Certificate Agency requirements. The Inspection Body of R One Services Limited is a UKAS Accredited & VCA Appointed Inspection Body for ADR Vacuum Operated Waste Tankers & UK Tanks. We have an in-house testing station able carry out hydro testing for your ADR Periodic Inspections and we carry out ADR Intermediate Inspections.
